We want you to love your Velvette purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to generate a pre-paid shipping label.
Place the unworn items in the original shoe box and secure it within a shipping box.
Once inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges. Simply select "Exchange" in the returns portal to reserve your new item instantly.
Returns for a refund to the original payment method will incur an Rs. 500 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns for store credit are free.
