We want you to love your Velvette purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date.
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to generate a pre-paid shipping label.
Place the unworn items in the original shoe box and secure it within a shipping box.
Once inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges. Simply select "Exchange" in the returns portal to reserve your new item instantly.
Returns for a refund to the original payment method will incur an Rs. 500 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns for store credit are free.
